When will my order arrive?
We fulfill orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, and our products ship via USPS Standard First Class. You can usually expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days after receiving shipping confirmation.
International orders will take longer to ship than domestic orders- typically a minimum of 5-10 business days. This time frame does not take customs into account.
Why haven't I gotten my order yet?
We fulfill orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Your order may take longer if you made your purchase on a weekend or holiday. You will receive an email when your order has shipped!
For international orders, please allow more time for your order to reach you.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! Simply select your country at checkout.
Where is the TIHK made? TIHK products are injection molded in Louisville from USA-made tooling, and packaged in Seattle using materials printed in Los Angeles.
How strong is the clip? TIHK is made from a toughened polymer but is not meant to be over-bent. The clip is designed to work when attached to thick or thin clothing and will not become loose during active use. TIHK is not a toy- we suggest you don't play around with it to see how far it will bend.
Does TIHK open double locks? TIHK is not currently designed to handle all double locks if they are engaged.
Does it fit all handcuffs? TIHK is designed to fit all standard Peerless style handcuffs. While it has been extensively tested, there is no guarantee that it will fit all cuffs due to cuff manufacturer variability.
Is there a warranty or guarantee? We do not offer any warranty or guarantee that our product will work with all handcuffs, nor that it will not break during use.The key is designed only to be turned until the lock disengages- it may break if fully turned.
I'm not happy with my order. Can I return it for a refund? Yes, but all returns must be requested within 30 days of product receipt. In order to return an order, you must first contact us for an RMA number and return instructions. Upon receiving an RMA, you have 30 days for the product to be received by our warehouse or the RMA will be voided.
All refunds are subject to approval. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds and orders shipped with free shipping will incur a nominal charge for the shipping costs (typically $5).
Orders returned without a Return Material Authorization number may not be refunded. We are not responsible for orders lost during return shipment to us.
